  • Check out the other surgical areas such as (ortho, dental, and plastics) to find easy cases that you may otherwise not be covered to.
  • They’re actually not your patients; this is why you on certain occasions get overruled.

  • Learn/memorize the nurses' names as early as possible

  • Every consultation has their own little oddities; keep track of them every time;
